Finally, an Experienced Warrior!

With the book market glutted with mediocrity dealing with real life experience in combating demons through the authority of Christ, this little known work was a "GEM" to find. Too many authors are writing about spiritual warfare today not having experienced any real war! They write based on other people's accounts, Emails, and letters. These are intellectually, theological-bent studies without power. This book is not one of them.
The author, Dag Heward Mills, knows his demonology - not from a purely theological view, but from a very real Biblical view. It is obvious he has had real battle with the spirit world and is called to do such battle. He shares with us his insight and tools. Again, this is the real thing. This is a gem among a lot of coal. I have found only a few authors worth reading. Derek Prince and Bob Larson material are genuine, and Biblical. Now, this book ranks right up there also.
The author gives the reader the ability to grasp their authority in Christ over demons, gives us the tools to recognize common demonic activity, and discusses the tactics of madness, unnatural things, and isolation that Satan wants to accomplish in our lives.
The book clearly allows the reader to grasp the concepts of "uncontrollable people," depression, sadness, disgrace, and even death as works of the enemy. Another area that the author examines is the fact that many "demonized" people are sitting right next to you in church. There is so much in this book that is good training for spiritual warfare.
I know from experience what it is like to be "demonized," and then delivered by the power of God. I know how these disembodied spirits operate, and I have expelled many of them. This is a good book.
If you want to know "about" demons, how they operate to destroy you, and how you can gain deliverance in a Biblical manner, this is your book. Please be careful and discerning in reading the majority of junk out there. You will know the difference, as the other's confuse and twist Scriptures to make their own doctrinal points rather than tell the plain truth in unadulterated reading of God's Word. Anything by authors Bubeck or Unger lack the discerning of the Holy Spirit, and are actually anti-Spirit in their philosophy. Be discerning!
