His extensive clinical experience and research has led to innovations in posture improvement, sports performance, and personal aesthetics, as well as the proven elimination of chronic pain.
Aaron served on the first Olympic Sports Massage Team during the 1984 Los Angeles Games and has since logged over 50,000 hours helping clients improve physical performance while consistently helping to eliminate chronic pain. Aaron owns The Vitality Center of San Mateo, a complementary-care wellness center in the San Francisco Bay Area that is the central hub of Reposturing Dynamics. Via nationally recognized and accredited lectures, seminars, and workshops, Aaron has taught and trained more than 1,000 health, fitness, and wellness professionals to incorporate the unique and results-based techniques of Reposturing into their current business models.

A MUST HAVE resource for the health and fitness focused person! I have followed Aaron Parnell's posture genius for over 20 years and this book is an overview of the 'dynamic dance of great posture' and includes a 1 hour DVD that reveals how to achieve great posture effortlessly towards a pain free life. This powerful combo is clear, concise and has surprising summaries the are easy to follow with an aha! A great introduction to the even more comprehensive hands-on training of eight modules that will be available soon.

In this book Aaron explains the connection between posture and health. The book and DVD contain exercises that everyone can do right now. It is easy reading for the professionals who want to break into this field and the average person like myself who is interested in improving their health. I have already started to do some of the exercises that he provides. I recommend it for anyone that wants to take control of their own health.

I have been going to sessions with Aaron Parnell for about 6 months now. He has worked with Olympic Teams and still works with athletes and non-athletes alike. This book is phenomenal -- it turns gym routines upside down by showing the correct way to do stretching and resistance training in order to restore posture, mobility, and overall health. If you have an open mind about trying something new, you'll love it! Especially when you make it a daily routine over time - I have seen increased mobility and have experience less pain than prior to doing this regime.
