Dr. Richard L. Sheppard is a chiropractor who graduated from Logan Chiropractic in 1997. With a strong background in nutrition and more than sixteen years in a private practice, he has helped many of his patients lose weight over the years. Sheppard has owned and operated multiple successful chiropractic clinics and currently continues his practice in North Carolina.

Sustained Weight Loss and Health!!

I started seeing Dr. Sheppard back in 2013. He took me from barely being able to move my neck to full movement and function. I was 235 back then; not good for my 5'4" frame. I got his book and talk about game changer! I was always in the mindset of eat less and move more.I would lose 10 or so pounds, but just put it back on because I lacked knowledge. This book is packed with practical and blunt knowledge. I can proudly say that I have lost 78 pounds over the last 3 years and have KEPT IT OFF! Thanks Doc! This is a must read for anyone who truly wants to change their lifestyle and never look back. :)

I have only read about three or four chapters and I absolutely love it!

I have been going to Dr. Sheppard for the last few months. I saw the book in is office and bought it. I have only read about three or four chapters and I absolutely love it!!! It is very informative, easy to read, encouraging, boldly TRUE, and motivating. I love the truth of this book. I can't put it down. Can't wait to read the rest of it. If you are serious about getting healthy and taking control of your weight, you have got to get this book. Thanks Dr. Sheppard.

It's a breath of fresh air to read such an informative book. He gets right to the point about keeping your body healthy with no filler words to sort through. Dr. Sheppard is a fabulous Chiropractor which, to me, is an important part of a healthy body too. I was thrilled with what I learned through this book. Thanks Dr. Sheppard
