The author, Deepak Chopra, breaks down this one into a series of secrets about how to break free from our self-made restrictions and to set forth on a path to greater happiness and success. Their are exercises at the end of each chapter draw the reader further into working towards the goal of eliminating fear and negativity. Surrender and acceptance are one of the keys to good health and real happiness. Knowing what you can change and what you cannot. Not the cure all, but shines a light on how we self limit. Passion is a hidden detention that is crucial in our goals.

This book blew my mind! Did you know a caterpillar basically turns itself into soup before becoming a butterfly? And that this soup just magically knows whic pieces to get rid of and which to create into new pieces to become an entirely new insect? This is only one of the mind blowing pieces of knowledge presented and that's not even all about the butterfly, Deepak goes on to tie it into his spiritual teachings. Amazing.
