[National] Modern Real Estate Practice Book & 1.0 CD [2002]

I actually bought this book mainly for the FREE Test Building software. I was impressed the first time that I had used the 1.0 CD. You can make and take a practice test with up to 23 different real estate topics. There is close to 600 questions with answer explanations. The Software automatically keeps track of your test scores and the date that you had completed them. I just finished an exam with ONLY one question and it was still recorded in my "exam history."
The program was designed to only cover about 75% of the computer monitor and will NOT maximize. The 1.0 CD is compatible with computers that have Windows XP or Windows Vista.

I purchased The Modern Real Estate Practice 16th edition book which was suppose to be new. The book arrived in used, poor condition. The cover page was scribbled on with black ink pen, pages throughout the book are bent, marked, highlighted and the CD sets are missing from the back cover. I paid for a new book, not used. I took a chance to use your company to purchase this book and am very disappointed.
